Live Lean Before You Look Lean
Learn how to live in a lean body before you see it in the mirror. Through my four-step framework, you'll embody the lifestyle and mindset needed to achieve the body you desire so that you can naturally become it.
Through this 4-step process, you’ll learn to live in the body you desire before you even look like it.
This is where real, sustainable change happens—because you’re not just transforming your body; you’re mastering a lifestyle that supports lean and strong living for life.

Step 1: PREP
This is the foundation of the program, focusing on stabilizing the body and mind. Clients build the habit of regular exercise, aiming for consistency at around four times per week. DNA, bloodwork and stool samples are taken to assess gut health, hormone levels, Epigenetics, and expected imbalances. The goal is to get a full picture of the client's internal health. Emotional work is also introduced, teaching clients how to cultivate ventral vagal states for nervous system stability, fostering a shift away from chronic stress responses like fight-or-flight or dorsal shutdown.

Step 2: BUILD
In this phase, the emphasis is on creating a strong metabolic foundation. Physical training, along with a supportive nutrition strategy, helps clients build lean muscle and enhance metabolism.
The Build Phase continues advanced emotional work, promoting nervous system regulation to shift clients’ emotional set points. This phase further strengthens clients' resilience and consistency with their physical routines, establishing them firmly in the program.

Step 3: DISCOVER
Discover is where fat loss can begin, but it’s not approached like a traditional weight loss phase. Clients can only progress to the Discover Phase if their test results indicate a healthy gut and balanced hormone levels. The phase only starts if gut health and hormone levels are optimized, and clients’ bodies are ready to handle a caloric deficit without additional stress.
In Discover, clients address underlying emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, often utilizing techniques like Parts work, Phoenix Method practices, and Polyvagal Theory applications.

Step 4: MAINTAIN
After a maximum of 13-20 weeks in Discover, clients gradually increase their calories back to maintenance levels to stabilize their bodies after the fat loss period. -The Maintain Phase is intended as the client's “home base” throughout the year, where they should spend the majority of their time to ensure stability and longevity in their results.
This phase represents a state of balanced nutrition, energy, and emotional stability, allowing clients to integrate the tools they’ve learned and live in a state of freedom from dieting.
